1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout

  • Estimated delivery time:

    • داخل پاکستان: 3–7 business day

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email/SMS once your order has shipped

  • Tracking number will be provided where applicable

5. Shipping Delays

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services

6. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately

  • For lost packages, we will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue
